Where do you sell your products?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL. Please read our Shipping Policy for details.
Please note that customers with shipping addresses outside of the EU are responsible for all duties, imports taxes, etc. These are not included in the cost of shipping. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. We have no control over those amounts and will not be held liable.

Do you offer custom orders?
If possible, we sometimes can offer a Made to Measure option in some of our items. If you are interested, please contact us on and please make sure you read our Return and Refund Policy for Made to Measure items beforehand.

How do I care for my piece/s?
Every item details its specific care instructions given its unique handwork. We mostly recommend dry cleaning or hand washing if the product carries any embroidery, crochet or cross stitch work. Please follow the care instructions as stated on the label.

Please note that we are unable to replace or refund items damaged by improper care, so if you choose to go against the care instructions that is at your own risk.

Please explain your clothing size guide?
We include garment measurements in inches for all sizes in every item description on the website. The bust measurement is measured from one inch below the armpit and reflects the full chest circumference of the item. The bottoms, dresses and jumpsuits include the waist and hip measurements where relevant. The hip is measured at the fullest part of the hip.

Please note that garment sizes as worn by the models are included only as a point of reference. Please note the items may be clipped or tucked in when photographed, so please go with your normal measurements when in doubt rather than judging the size based on a sample size work by the model.

What happens if an item is sold out?
Our collection is a small batch, handcrafted line of timeless pieces. Every item is crafted slowly by using the utmost care and attention to detail, using practices that are mindful to the environment. This means that our inventory is limited.

If a product is out of stock we might be working on another limited run or it can be that it is out of stock but we are open, when possible, to reproduce certain items for a specific order. Please get in touch with us to discuss lead times or options.

What are the timelines for each item?
Given the handmade nature of most of our products, please note timeline of production for each on the item’s description. Shipping times will count from the moment we advise the item is ready. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

I placed my order but forgot to add an item. What do I do?
We are not able to add additional items to your order after it has been placed as we do not hold onto your payment information to be able to charge you for that item. We recommend you place a second order and then email us with your order number. If we are still on time we can combine the order and refund you the shipping for the second order.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer electronic gift cards for the value of EUR €100.00. You can find it under shop items. We recommend you read our Gift Card Policy beforehand.
